Ubisoft announced Ubisoft Forward as its E3 alternative

The event will feature new reveals and will follow the E3 style.

Because of the health concerns caused by the COVID-19, all of the big gaming conventions of 2020 are now canceled. Ubisoft just announced its new fully-digital conference, Ubisoft Forward. The event will be held this summer, completely online, and will kick off on July 12 at 12 pm PDT.

Also, we do not have any information about what the online event will include. Official social media accounts state that it will feature “exclusive game news, reveals, and more”. As Ubisoft’s E3 alternative, Forward will probably be the main event for the publisher to reveal new titles.

Furthermore, as the event is digital-only, we are curious to see what Ubisoft has to offer. Since the publisher did not disclose any information by now, we don’t have anything else to add to all these.

Therefore, it is safe to say that we can expect a more detailed announcement from Ubisoft in the coming weeks. On the other hand, last month, Microsoft also confirmed Xbox will host its own digital event.
