RIDE 4 is incoming for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X

The next-gen version of the game will be available on January 21st, 2021

RIDE 4, the motorcycle racing game will be available for the next-gen consoles on January 21st, 2021. Furthermore, for those who already own the PlayStation 4 version will automatically upgrade to PlayStation 5. On the other hand, on Xbox, the Smart Delivery feature will work just fine for Series X.


The game will receive some technological upgrades for the next-gen. First of all, the game will run at 60 FPS and 4K resolution. Moreover, players will be able to enjoy a greater level of detail in bikes and environments. The racing capacity in terms of hosting the riders will be 20.

On PlayStation, the developers are looking to utilise the Dualsense. In detail, the Haptic Feedback of the controller will enhance the riding experience. Gas and brakes will have varying resistance to make the feeling realistic. The game also will work just fine with the SSD to transfer the data quickly.

The developers, Milestone, have also partnered with Yamaha Motor and Bridgestone. Conversely, these partners will appear on the Steelbook edition for RIDE 4 Special Edition. The game will also have a season pass feature which includes Yamaha R1 2020 for the game.

The digital pre-orders of the game has started, In detail the publisher shared the following details:

“Anyone who pre-orders the Standard Edition on PS4™ and Xbox One, will get a Bonus Pack with 2 iconic bikes, 5 new events and 1 additional achievement/trophy, while the Special Edition pre-order Bonus Pack will, contain 4 iconic bikes, 10 new events, 2 additional achievements/trophies and 3-days early access before launch. On Steam, the pre-order Bonus will guarantee a 10% discount on the game price, 2 iconic bikes, 5 new events and 1 additional achievement.”
