Giancarlo Esposito might star Far Cry 6 – report

Giancarlo Esposito of Breaking Bad might star Far Cry 6, Gamereactor reports (currently removed)

Giancarlo Esposito is a familiar face with his roles in Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul. Furthermore, we might grow more familiar with him, Gamereactor reports. Currently, Gamereactor has removed all the content from their report. Yet, the rumors are in place now and we might look forward for further announcements.

Giancarlo Esposito has never starred a show or movie before. Therefore, his possible role will be a first. Esposito recently had an interview with the Collider. Among the many topics of discussion, Esposito mentioned an upcoming video game. However, during the interview, he emphasised he couldn’t review any further details, but the game being “big”.

On the other hand, Ubisoft offered no confirmations or denials. The existence of Far Cry 6 is also not certain. Yet, there are many reasons to wait for Ubisoft Forward. Another subsidiary of Gamereactor, previously claimed Far Cry 6 will be a part of the event.

According to a past report from Ubisoft, the studio plans five new AAA games in the 2020-2021 financial year. Therefore, it is highly likely that one of these releases is Far Cry 6. The last game in the franchise, Far Cry 5, met players in 2018. After 2-3 years, it makes sense to expect another installment from Ubisoft. However, the development of the game is yet to be confirmed.
