Far Cry 6 appears with a pre-order page, on Hong Kong PlayStation Store.

Recently, there are several reports ongoing that Ubisoft is developing Far Cry 6. These reports also indicated the main villain of the game will be Giancarlo Esposito. The actor has previously stated, he’s in the cast of a big “video game”.  Moreover, Gamereactor.DK reported, Ubisoft might reveal the game in July. Since the studio is preparing for Ubisoft Forward, for 13 July, a Far Cry trailer might make an appearance. On the other hand, Ubisoft had already declared, they will publish several AAA games in 2021 financial year. Considering the last Far Cry was on the market in 2017, the sixth game is a huge possibility.

The Hong Kong page administrators might have released the visuals earlier than Ubisoft Forward. Indeed, Ubisoft would possibly release the visuals for the new instalment on multiple PS Store locales. However, Hong Kong page might have spilled the beans a bit too early.

Far Cry 6 Hong Kong Leak

Currently, the page only appears as an early showcase. Therefore, there isn’t any pricing information or pre-order button. However, there are some interesting detail when translated. It appears that the game will take place in a fictional tropical island, Yara. Esposito, whom we see on the game’s cover, will act as a dictator titled Anton Castillo. According to the story, Castillo and his son are holding the island in an iron fist. Yara will be the largest open-world of the series. It will not only contain jungles and beaches (as usual), also Esperanza, a metropolitan capital. Moreover, the guerilla under Castillo’s command will be roaming the island with makeshift weapons and vehicles. Finally, fangs for hire, the animals that aid to the player, will return.
