Ubisoft has confirmed that Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is to launch on November 10. Furthermore, the game will accompany the release of the next-gen Xbox family. On the other hand, Watch Dogs Legion, which will launch on October 29, will be ready for Smart Delivery. Therefore, both titles will be the day zero games for Microsoft’s next venture for consoles.
Watch Dogs Legion and Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will release on October 29, 2020 on Xbox One, PlayStation®4, the Epic Games Store and Ubisoft Store on Windows PC, as well as on UPLAY+, and Stadia. In addition, Valhalla and Legion will both leverage the consoles’ power. In detail, they’re offering higher resolution textures and better shadow quality to players. Moreover, Ubisoft is using clutter density on Valhalla. Both games will be taking advantage of Direct Storage. Which means faster loading times and a smoother world transversal experience.
Finally, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and Watch Dogs: Legion will leverage the Smart Delivery** technology. Therefore, Ubisoft will allow players to buy the game once and play it on either Xbox One or Xbox Series X | S on November 10, 2020. Moreover, Cross-save functionality between Xbox One and Xbox Series X | S will be available on both games so players can keep their progression from one platform to another.
